This is not a very common issue, but is easily resolved.

The first and simplest solution is to turn the dial to output water from the Body JetS (ignore what the display indicates). Now that the shower is set to body jets, turn off the water flow and remove the selector dial (To do this, loosen the chrome lug on the dial). No remove the dial and re-position so that the lug would point to the Body Jets icon. Re-tighten the chrome lug and test that the other outputs all correspond.

If the above method does not solve your problem, then you will have to access the rear of the shower and swap the hoses where they join the upper part of the divertor assembly.
