As with any shower head, it is important to keep the rose clean and free from build ups that will prevent it from allowing water to pass though correctly.

In Hard water areas (high concentrations of Lime etc), it is recommended to fit a water softener to your water system to not only protect the shower, but all pipework and products. If you believe Hard water build up is to blame, then you must first remove this, by soaking the parts effected in a solution designed to break down Lime scale.

If the reason for the performance loss is general build up (soap etc), then soaking the parts affected in a suitable household solutions designed to remove greasy residues, and then rinsing though thoroughly, will help.

 DO NOT USE ABRASIVE OR CORROSIVE PRODUCTS TO CLEAN YOUR SHOWER.
