What to do if you are experiencing problems assembling the product, a part is damaged or missing or you need to purchase replacement part outside of the product Warranty.

ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
In the first instance please check our online technical support database HERE. This provides a wealth of support, download files and pictures to help with most issues.

If the support database does not directly handle your enquiry, then you can choose to email us at: support@aqualusso.co.uk, or call us on: 0845 504 0435 alternatively, your stockist may be able to provide you with help.

PARTS MISSING OR DAMAGED
If your product has been delivered with damaged parts, please contact us WITHIN 2 working days of your delivery arriving. Please ensure you have your MODEL NAME, and PLACE OF PURCHASE to hand when contacting us. We may ask to see pictures of the damage.

All goods are dispatched from AquaLusso to your delivery address. During the delivery, please CHECK THE GOODS CAREFULLY and if you are happy to receive them, please sign accordingly. Since you will not have looked inside the boxes, please only sign for them as UNCHECKED. This enables you to have 2 working days to inspect the contents and report damages. Damages reported after 2 days will be chargeable, as will items delivered and signed for. (a signature alone indicates the delivery is complete and has arrived completely to your satisfaction)

Providing you sign for UNCHECKED, you have 48 hrs (2 working days) from delivery to check the ENTIRE CONTENTS of the delivery to ensure it has arrived safely and report to AquaLusso, where you need replacements. If any part or parts are damaged please contact us before this deadline expires. This timescale is what is considered ‘reasonable time’ for you to check the goods fully. Notification to ourselves of parts missing or damaged after this deadline WILL be chargeable.

PRODUCT SUPPORT WITHIN WARRANTY
AquaLusso are one phone call away to provide help and support of your AquaLusso Product. Please ensure you have your shower model name, place of purchase and Completion Certificate to hand before contacting us. Alternatively you may choose to email us at support@aqualusso.co.uk.

All support for AquaLusso products is carried out by AquaLusso within the UK. Our Support Team are available between 9am and 5pm, Monday - Friday.

NEED REPLACEMENT PART (Non Warranty)
If you need parts that are either outside of Warranty cover, or are not covered (bulbs), then please visit www.steamshowerspares.com to purchase parts.
